How does the automobile air conditioning refrigeration process work?

The Working Process Of Automobile Air Conditioning And Refrigeration System Includes:

Compression process, condensation process, throttle process, evaporation process.

1. Compression process: the compressor inhales low temperature and low pressure refrigerant gas at the outlet of the evaporator, and compresses it into high temperature and high pressure gas to discharge the compressor.
2. Heat dissipation process: the superheated refrigerant gas at high temperature and high pressure enters the condenser. Due to the reduction of pressure and temperature, the refrigerant gas condenses into liquid and emits a lot of heat.
3. Throttling process: the volume of the refrigerant liquid with high temperature and pressure becomes larger after passing through the expansion device, and the pressure and temperature drop sharply to discharge the expansion device in a mist.
4. Endothermic process: the mist refrigerant liquid enters the evaporator, so the boiling point of the refrigerant is far lower than the temperature in the evaporator, so the refrigerant liquid evaporates into gas. In the evaporation process to absorb a large amount of heat around, and then low temperature and low pressure refrigerant vapor into the compressor. The above process is repeated to reduce the temperature of the air around the evaporator.

The Working Principle Of Automobile Air Conditioning And Refrigeration System

In refrigeration system, compressor plays the role of compression and transportation of refrigerant, it is the heart of the whole system. The expansion valve throttles and depresses the refrigerant and regulates the flow of refrigerant liquid into the evaporator.

Evaporator is the output of cold equipment, in which the refrigerant absorbs the heat of the air to achieve cooling.

The condenser is the equipment that emits heat. The heat absorbed by the refrigerant from the evaporator and the heat converted by the mechanical energy consumed by the compressor are dispersed to the atmosphere through the condenser.

Compressor output side, high pressure pipeline, condenser and liquid storage dryer constitute the high pressure side; Evaporator, low-pressure pipeline, compressor input side, low-pressure pipeline and evaporator constitute the low-pressure side. The compressor and expansion valve are the boundary points between the high and low pressure sides of the air conditioning system.
