Working Principle Of Air Filter

1. Dry Inertia Air Filter

Dry inertia air filter is composed of dust cover, diversion sheet, dust outlet, dust collection cup and so on. Its working principle is to make use of the suction generated by the cylinder in the intake stroke, so that the air filter inside and outside the pressure difference, the external air under the action of pressure at a higher speed into the air filter, the dust mixed in the air is thrown to the dust collecting cup, complete the air filtration.

2. Wet Inertia Air Filter

Wet inertia air filter, also known as oil bath filter, is mainly composed of central pipe, oil pool and so on. Its working principle is that the air enters the filter along the central pipe at a high speed down, plunges to the oil surface of the oil pool after the direction of movement suddenly changes to the upward, and produces rotating movement. At this time, part of the larger dust due to inertia action is too late to reverse upward with the air and is attached to the oil to complete the filtration of the air.

3. Dry Filter Type Air Filter

Dry filter type air filter is mainly composed of paper filter element and sealing gasket, its working principle is that when the air enters the filter through the paper filter element, so that the dust in the air is separated by the filter element or adhered to the filter element.

4. Wet Filter Type Air Filter

Wet filter type filter is mainly composed of metal filter mesh immersed in oil, its working principle is that the air filtered by oil bath is blocked when the fine dust particles are kept in the metal filter mesh immersed in oil, and the adhesion part of dust particles randomly drops to the oil pan.
