How many cases and solutions can the engine fail to start?

1. If The Start Switch Is Turned To s Position, The Engine Does Not Respond.

Check the starting circuit, fuse, relay, battery and wiring, start switch. For automatic transmission vehicles, check whether the shift handle is in the P/N position.

2. If You Turn The Start Switch To s Position, Only Hear The Starter Sound Of "Ka-Ka", The Engine Still Does Not Rotate.

① Check the battery voltage and cable connection.
② Check the working condition of starter's pull coil and hold coil.
③ Check whether the engine crankshaft is locked.

3. Only The Starter Idles, But The Engine Does Not.

Check the working condition of starter's pull coil and hold coil, check starter's pinion and one-way clutch.

4. If The Start Switch Is Turned To s Position, The Engine Speed Is Weak And Cannot Start (200r/Min).

Check the battery and starter.

5. If You Turn The Start Switch To s Position, The Engine Will Start, But Once You Release It, The Engine Will Flameout When The Ignition Switch Returns To On Position.

The start switch does not work well.

6. If The Starter Drives The Engine Very Strongly (More Than 200r/Min), But The Engine Still Cannot Start.

① Use the instrument or self-diagnosis system to detect the fault code.

② Check the ignition circuit.

Check for fire

Pull out the spark plug high voltage wire or the central high voltage wire, and let it test fire 5~8mm away from the lashings. If there is no fire, first check: engine speed sensor, crankshaft position/camshaft position sensor signal output and line situation.

③ Check the oil supply system.

Check the spark plug wetting condition, wetting indicates the oil supply; If not, check the following items.

Gasoline pump working conditions, electricity, oil pressure.

Fuel injector circuit and working conditions.

Whether the oil line is unblocked, whether there is oil in the tank.

④ Check the timing of air distribution.
